Israeli man severely wounded in suspected stabbing attack at West Bank outpost

An Israeli man has been seriously wounded in a suspected stabbing attack at a farming outpost in the occupied West Bank, Israeli authorities and medics say.

The Rescuers Without Borders emergency service said a Palestinian man arrived by vehicle at the Maoz Yehuda settlement farm near the village of Usarin and stabbed an Israeli resident before fleeing, Caliber.Az reports, citing Israeli media.

The victim was being treated in serious condition, according to the emergency service.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said troops had been deployed to the Usarin area following reports of the stabbing. Further details were still being reviewed.
