Israeli military confirms safe return of pilots after strikes on Iran
Israel’s military has confirmed that all pilots involved in the June 13 airstrikes on Iran have returned safely.
The announcement came from an Israeli military official who provided an update to foreign reporters on condition of anonymity, Caliber.Az reports via Reuters.
The official detailed that the Israeli Air Force conducted simultaneous strikes on multiple targets, including Iranian ballistic missiles aimed at Israel. "We have already achieved a lot," he said, highlighting the effectiveness of the operation.
The official further noted that Israel is prepared for the confrontation to continue over several days, with the duration depending largely on Iran’s response.
Additionally, he revealed that Iran had launched more than 100 drones towards Israel, many of which had already been intercepted by Israeli defence systems.
