Israeli military targets Hamas paraglider warehouse in Rafah

The Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) conducted a targeted strike on a warehouse storing Hamas paragliders in Rafah, a city situated in the southern Gaza Strip.

This operation was reported through the IDF's official Telegram channel, per Caliber.Az.

The IDF statement highlighted that the paragliders destroyed in the strike were used in a Hamas attack on Israel, which occurred on October 7, 2023. This particular attack prompted Israel to initiate a comprehensive military operation within the Gaza Strip.

Furthermore, over the past 24 hours, IDF forces successfully neutralized several underground tunnel mines near Rafah. Additionally, Israeli soldiers eliminated a number of armed Hamas supporters in the area.

"The operation in Gaza City is ongoing, with continuous military activities," the IDF press release emphasized. It noted that in coordination with the Israeli Air Force (IAF), IDF fighters targeted and neutralized multiple terrorists during recent operations.
