Israeli police foil planned attack on soldiers in Karmiel VIDEO

Israeli authorities have arrested four citizens on suspicion of plotting an attack targeting soldiers in the northern city of Karmiel, the Israeli Police said.

The arrests came as part of a joint operation conducted by the Israeli Police and Shin Bet, the country’s internal security service. Among those detained were two minors, all residents of northern Israel.

An investigation revealed that the suspects had conspired with the intention of carrying out the attack on soldiers in Karmiel. Authorities noted that some of the individuals had even undergone specialized training in preparation for the assault.
