Israeli strikes across Gaza kill four people
At least four people have been killed in Israeli attacks across Gaza on the morning of April 26, according to Al Jazeera.
Health officials in the enclave announced that an airstrike killed one person near the central village of al-Mughraqa, while Israeli gunfire and shelling left two others dead in the vicinity of Gaza City.
In a separate incident, Israeli forces fatally shot a 40-year-old woman in Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, according to medical sources.
The Palestinian Health Ministry states that the death toll in Gaza has reached at least 72,587 since Israel’s war began in October 2023.
Despite a ceasefire agreement reached in October 2025, Israel has continued near-daily attacks on the enclave, resulting in ongoing Palestinian casualties in what officials describe as a violation of the truce.
