Israeli strikes in southern Lebanon eliminate Hezbollah militants VIDEO
On December 22, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) carried out precision strikes targeting two militants of the terrorist organization Hezbollah in the area of Yater, located in southern Lebanon.
The IDF press service provided details of the operation, Caliber.Az reports.
“The IDF eliminated a Hezbollah terrorist who was involved in rehabilitating military infrastructure in southern Lebanon,” the statement read.
“These attempts constituted a violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon.”
The operation is part of ongoing efforts by the IDF’s 91st Division. Over the past week, troops operating under this division have eliminated four terrorists in southern Lebanon.
“The IDF will continue to operate in order to remove any threat against the State of Israel,” the statement emphasized, reaffirming Israel’s commitment to defending its security and maintaining regional stability.
