Italy recovers more bodies after tragic landslide in Ischia

The number of casualties from the landslide on the Italian island of Ischia near Naples has grown with 5 deaths recorded.
According to ANSA, out of 11 people that were reported missing, the bodies of 4 have been recovered so far, including 3 children. One of the victims turned out to be an infant child of only 3 weeks.
The Italian government has announced a state of emergency on the Island after heavy rainfall caused the landslide.
At least 10 buildings have collapsed as a result.
Interior Minister Matteo Piantedosi stated that around 200 residents have been evacuated.
Caliber.Az recalls, that up to 155mm of rain fell over the course of six hours in the early hours of November 26.
