Kamala Harris leaves door open to possible 2028 presidential run

Former U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris has said she is “thinking about” another presidential run, keeping open the possibility of a third bid for the White House.

Speaking at the National Action Network Convention on April 10, Harris responded to a question from civil rights activist Rev. Al Sharpton about whether she plans to run again, ABC News reports.

"Listen, I might, I might. I'm thinking about it, I'm thinking about it," Harris responded when Rev. Al Sharpton, during their chat at the New York City convention he hosts, flatly asked her if she's planning to run again.

The remarks drew cheers from much of the audience at the event, which brought together political and civil rights figures in New York City.
