Key focus on climate-peace solutions at UN Geneva briefing on rehabilitation program

At a UN briefing in Geneva, Elshad Iskandarov, Ambassador, Senior Adviser to the COP29 Chief Negotiator, emphasized the importance of the Global Program on Prosecution, Rehabilitation, and Reintegration (PRR).
