Kuwait downs eight drones as part of security efforts
Eight unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted and destroyed in Kuwait in areas where an operational task force is currently active.
The information was reported by Caliber.Az, citing a statement posted on X by the spokesperson for the Kuwait National Guard, Brigadier General Dr. Jadan Fadel Jadan.

According to Jadan, the interception of the drones was carried out as part of security operations being conducted in those areas.
He added that the operation forms part of “ongoing efforts to strengthen security, protect vital facilities, and counter any potential threats.”
No further details were immediately provided about the origin of the drones or possible targets.
