Kuwait intercepts thirteen Iranian missiles, seventeen drones
Kuwait's armed forces intercepted 13 ballistic missiles and 17 drones launched from Iran, with debris from the interceptions falling across several residential areas, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defence said on June 3.
According to a statement from the ministry, the projectiles were aimed at civilian and critical infrastructure sites, including Kuwait International Airport, Caliber.Az reports.

Ministry spokesperson Colonel Saud Abdel Aziz al-Otaibi said the attacks resulted in the death of an Indian national, injuries to several other people, and significant material damage.
"These attacks from Iran targeted civilian and critical infrastructure, including Kuwait International Airport," al-Otaibi said.
Kuwaiti authorities expressed condolences to the family of the deceased victim and wished those injured a swift recovery.
