Kyiv: Howitzers from Latvia already used on battlefield
Latvia has handed over to Ukraine six self-propelled howitzers (ACS) M109, which are already used on the battlefield.
Ukrainian Defence Minister Oleksii Reznikov made the remarks on his Twitter account, according to Caliber.Az.

"Another 6 M109 howitzers that recently arrived in Ukraine from Latvia are already showing results on the battlefield," he said.
Reznikov also thanked his Latvian counterpart Artis Pabriks and the entire Latvian people for supporting Ukraine.
It was also reported that Latvia handed over four helicopters to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
To recap, the Latvian Seimas declared Russia a sponsor of terrorism and called on the EU to immediately suspend the issuance of visas to Russians and Belarusians. Latvia became the first state in the world to declare Russia a sponsor of terrorism.
