Lawmaker reveals loss of Ukrainian warehouse storing air defence rockets
Ukrainian lawmaker Anna Skorokhod has stated that a warehouse destroyed in an explosion in the town of Vyshneve near Kyiv contained ammunition and air defence missiles.
“In Vyshneve, Russia struck our warehouses, where, according to my information, both ammunition and air defence missiles were stored — all belonging to Ukroboronprom and the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. Who will answer for the fact that <...> we are storing everything in one city among residential buildings?” she wrote on her Telegram channel.
A powerful explosion occurred in Vyshneve, located just outside Kyiv, a day earlier.
Later, Ukrainian MP Mariana Bezuhla said that a military warehouse containing ammunition had been destroyed in a Russian strike, although she did not specify the types of military equipment and munitions stored at the facility.
