Masked thieves smash into Louis Vuitton in Rome, steal entire stock

A group of bandits staged a daring robbery overnight at the Louis Vuitton store on Via Condotti, Rome’s luxury shopping street near the Spanish Steps.

According to initial reports, three masked men drove a car straight into the shop around 1:30 am on November 17, smashing through the metal shutters before raiding the store, Caliber.Az reports per Italian media.

The full value of the stolen goods has yet to be determined.

Crime scene investigators remain at the scene as authorities work to piece together the audacious raid, which has sent shockwaves through the city’s high-end retail district.
