Massive air alert declared in Ukraine

A massive air-raid alert has been declared in Ukraine for the second time in 24 hours, as officials warned of potential Russian missile strikes.

The reason for the alert remains undisclosed, RBC-Ukraine reports, citing the map of the air alarms.

On the night of February 16 to 17, Russia attacked Ukraine with missiles and also launched drones. The Russians fired 36 missiles, half of which were shot down by air defence forces.

Russia again attacked critical infrastructure. Its missiles hit Kremenchuk in Poltava Region, Pavlograd in Dnipropetrovsk Region, and Kirovohrad and Lviv Regions.
