Mbappe supports Turkish fundraising campaign for quake victims

PSG and France star Kylian Mbappe has supported a Turkish fundraising campaign for earthquake victims.

The starlet joined the "Shoulder to Shoulder" campaign, which was organised by the Turkish football community on March 2.

“What happened is really a big tragedy. Even more tragic than we think... But our task today is unusual for me. The global football community will come together and support Türkiye. In this regard, this program is exceptional for me. I am proud to be a part of this," Mbappe told campaign host Ajun Ilijali, the Turkish Football Super League official Twitter page reported.

"I will use every opportunity that I have to help children. As a person who always tries to help, I will do my best for Türkiye as well."

The youngster added that everything will turn out to be much better for Türkiye, expressing his hope that a smile on the faces of many children will return after the deadly disaster.
