Qatar, Türkiye conclude joint military exercises focusing on urban warfare drills VIDEO
Qatar’s land forces have concluded joint military exercises with a Qatari–Turkish contingent, according to the Qatari Ministry of Defence.
The drills, reported via a statement posted on X, involved a battalion known as “Al-Waseeq Billah” and formed part of broader efforts to enhance operational cooperation between the two countries.

The final phase of the exercises was observed by the Commander of Qatar’s Land Forces, Jassim Ali al-Attiyah.
During the concluding stage, participating troops carried out a series of tactical field operations, with a particular focus on urban warfare scenarios. The exercises also included simulations aimed at responding to and suppressing public disturbances.
Officials said the manoeuvres were designed to improve combat readiness, strengthen interoperability between the armed forces of Qatar and Türkiye, and enhance coordination in security-related operations.
