Media: Explosion occur in Ukraine’s Kyiv Casualties reported
Mayor of Ukrainian capital Kyiv Vitali Klitschko has written that an explosion occurred at an auto transport enterprise in Kyiv on September 8.
“There may be people trapped under the rubble. An explosion of unknown origin occurred in the territory of an auto transport enterprise in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital. A two-story building was partially destroyed, but there is no fire," he wrote on Telegram, Caliber.Az reports, citing Ukrainian media.
The mayor noted that a two-story building has been partially destroyed, but there is no fire. Emergency services are already on site. Two casualties have already been reported at the explosion site in Kyiv.
"Preliminarily, two dead have been discovered. There may be more people trapped under the rubble. Search and rescue operations are ongoing. All emergency services are on site," the Kyiv City Military Administration said.
