Media: Kyiv arrests Belarusian KGB agent over espionage plot PHOTO

Kyiv authorities have arrested a 35-year-old Belarusian intelligence operative who attempted to infiltrate Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR).

The operation was carried out jointly by Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) and HUR, Caliber.Az reports via Trukha.

According to Ukrainian security services, the woman was sent to Ukraine in 2020. If convicted, she could face up to 15 years in prison, along with the seizure of her property.
