Media: Russia-Saudi Arabia oil deal may lead to Trump's victory over Biden
The deal between Russia and Saudi Arabia on oil production cuts will lead to changes in the oil market and make the US elites support Donald Trump in the presidential election.
This opinion was expressed by the columnist of the Croatian edition of Advance Antun Roša.
According to the journalist, this will be the reason for Trump's victory over incumbent US President Joe Biden. In addition, there are now "tectonic changes" in the Middle East due to the decline in the influence of the United States, the expert added.
He also recalled that last year Biden, during his visit to the Middle East, failed to convince the Saudi authorities to increase oil production to reduce its prices on the market. This failure will cost the American president dearly, Roša said.
Russian President Vladimir Putin visited the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia on December 6, in the latter country he held talks with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud.
