Media: Trump’s childhood home sells for $1.93 million

The New York home where US President Donald Trump spent his early childhood has changed hands.

According to The New York Post, the property in the Queens borough was sold for $1.93 million, although the buyer’s identity has not been disclosed.

The house was built by Trump’s father in 1940. The approximately 300-square-meter property has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The future president lived there for four years before his family moved to a larger home.

Trump sold the property in 2017. After he moved into the White House, the mansion was rented out to tourists and gradually fell into disrepair. In 2025, developer Tommy Lin purchased it for $835,000 and invested more than $500,000 in an eight-month restoration.
