Mine explodes in Azerbaijan’s Goranboy district

A mine explosion occurred in the village of Tapgaragoyunlu, located in Azerbaijan’s Goranboy district, on the territory of the former line of contact.

The blast was caused by an anti-personnel mine triggered by small livestock belonging to a local resident. As a result of the explosion, two sheep were killed and one was injured. The owner was not harmed, Caliber.Az esports via local media. 

Authorities were immediately called to the scene, and specialists from the relevant agencies launched an investigation.
