More than 10 earthquakes strike Mexico after 7.4-magnitude quake

A magnitude 7.4 earthquake struck near Puerto Madero in Mexico on July 17, according to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
The earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 kilometres, while the epicentre was later reported at a depth of 18.6 kilometres, approximately 58 kilometres from Puerto Madero, Caliber.Az reports.
More than 10 aftershocks and additional earthquakes were recorded in the same region, including tremors with magnitudes of 5.1 and 6.0.
A tsunami warning was in effect for several hours along Mexico’s Pacific coast. Mexican authorities reported no casualties or damage.
