More than third of Germans back sending Taurus missiles to Ukraine

Almost half of Germans oppose the transfer of long-range missiles Taurus to Ukraine, according to a survey of the Insa sociological institute for the newspaper Bild.

According to the study, 49 per cent of the surveyed citizens of Germany opposed the transfer of Taurus to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), Gazeta.ru reports.

Thirty-five per cent of the survey participants supported the transfer of the missiles. Another 16 per cent found it difficult or refrained from answering.
