Musk proposes direct cash payments to Americans from US Treasury

Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk has suggested that the US government distribute money directly to citizens from the federal treasury.

According to Musk, advances in artificial intelligence and robotics will make it possible to avoid inflation despite increased government spending.

Better just to send money directly to the people from the Treasury.

So long as the increase in goods & services exceeds the increase in the money supply, which will be the case with AI & robots, there will not be inflation.

He was responding to comments by US Vice President JD Vance regarding the White House’s intention to bring all major artificial intelligence companies in the country under government oversight.
