Musk's GrokAI launches on Telegram with enhanced math and science skills

26 March 2025 19:02

On March 20, Telegram users were introduced to an intriguing new bot called GrokAI, sparking curiosity across the platform. This bot offered the ability to generate text, answer questions, and engage in casual conversation. However, despite early excitement, there was no official confirmation from either Telegram's developers or the language model creators, though Pavel Durov had hinted at a possible integration. As a result, many users were cautiously skeptical.

Fast forward to now, and Elon Musk has confirmed what was once a rumor: GrokAI is indeed available on Telegram.

Not only that, but the latest version of the AI model has arrived, surpassing its competitors — Gemini, DeepSeek V3, Claude, and GPT-4o — in tests for mathematics and natural sciences. What sets Grok apart is its enhanced reasoning capabilities, enabling it to provide more precise answers to complex questions.

To access this powerful AI, just search for @GrokAI on Telegram.

Musk, not one to downplay innovation, dubbed Grok “the smartest artificial intelligence on Earth.”

The neural network was originally developed in November 2023 and quickly integrated into Musk’s social network, X. At first, access was limited to Premium+ subscribers, who paid $16 per month. But by April 2024, the service opened up to users with a $8-per-month Premium subscription.

Musk’s xAI company, founded in July 2023, spearheaded the development of Grok. Musk, who serves as the sole director, emphasized that the company works closely with his other ventures, including X and Tesla.
