Muslim religious leaders visit Alley of Honour in Baku VIDEO

Participants in the seventh meeting of the heads of Muslim religious authorities from member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) visited the Alley of Honour in Baku on September 14.

The participants paid tribute to Heydar Aliyev, Azerbaijan’s National Leader, by laying a wreath at his grave and reciting memorial prayers, Caliber.Az reports via state media.

They also honoured the memory of prominent ophthalmologist and academician Zarifa Aliyeva, laying flowers at her grave.

The delegation further visited the graves of statesman Aziz Aliyev and Professor Tamerlan Aliyev, where they laid flowers.
