Nakhchivan hosts MEDİAFEST-2025 to mark milestone in Azerbaijani media

The conference titled “Global Information Environment and Media Trends” — MEDİAFEST-2025 has been recently held in Nakhchivan, marking a significant event dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the Azerbaijani national press.

The event brought together media professionals, experts, and government representatives to discuss current developments and challenges in the global information landscape and media sector, Caliber.Az reports via local media. 

The conference was organised at the initiative of the Plenipotentiary Representative Office of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. It was held in collaboration with the Media Development Agency, the Press Council, and Şarq qapısı newspaper, the official newspaper of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
