National wrestlers win two medals in Albania

An international wrestling tournament has been held in the capital of Albania, Tirana.

The competition, which kicked off on May 12, lasted four days, Report quotes the press service of the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation as saying.

Azerbaijan was represented at the tournament by two members of the freestyle wrestling team Hajimurad Hajiyev (74 kg), who could not compete due to injury for a long time, and Vahid Galayev (125 kg).

Hajiyev defeated all his rivals and climbed to the top of the podium, while Galayev grabbed a bronze medal.
