Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s advisor Dmitry Hendelman stated that since June 13, Iran has launched over 500 rockets and more than 1,000 drones at Israeli territory, resulting in 25 fatalities.
The sustained attacks have left 1,361 people injured, Caliber.Az reports, citing Hendelman’s message on Telegram.
“Since the beginning of the operation, over 500 rockets and more than 1,000 drones have been fired at Israel. Casualties include 25 dead and 1,361 wounded,” Hendelman stated.
In addition to human losses, the Israel Tax Authority has received 36,465 claims for property damage resulting from the ongoing assaults.
On June 13, Israel launched a military operation against Iran. Within 24 hours, the Islamic Republic responded with a retaliatory strike. The exchange of attacks has continued, with both sides reporting casualties and damage to various targets. According to official sources, both Iran and Israel have acknowledged that several facilities were hit in the ongoing conflict. In a further escalation, on June 22, US forces carried out airstrikes on three Iranian nuclear sites - Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan - raising fears of a broader regional confrontation.
