Netanyahu urges evangelical leaders to fight antisemitism at Washington meeting PHOTO

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with leaders of the evangelical community and representatives of AIPAC in Washington.

Netanyahu thanked evangelical leaders for their support of Israel and urged them to stand against antisemitism.

“Do not back down. When you are attacked, fight back. Now is the time to fight,” he said.

Later, Netanyahu held separate meetings with US Senators Tom Cotton, John Fetterman, Tim Sheehy, and Ted Cruz.

The talks focused on US-Israel cooperation and the situation surrounding Iran. The senators reaffirmed their support for Israel, while Netanyahu thanked them for their consistent backing and their efforts to strengthen the bilateral alliance.

The previous day, Netanyahu met with US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth.
