Nine injured, several feared trapped after rocket hits Haifa

At least nine people have been injured following a rocket attack on the northern Israeli city of Haifa, according to The Times of Israel, which cited the national emergency medical service.

Among the wounded is an 82-year-old man who has been hospitalised in serious condition. Three others sustained light injuries, while five additional individuals required medical assistance after suffering shock.

According to the report, one of the rockets struck a residential building in Haifa. Rescue teams are continuing to clear the debris at the site, where it is believed that at least three people may still be trapped under the rubble.
