No new Lebanon-Israel talks planned for next month

There are currently no plans to hold a new round of talks between Lebanon and Israel next month, a Lebanese diplomatic source told Elbalad.

According to the source, Israel and the United States have rejected proposals to expand pilot zones until progress is made in two existing areas. They have also demanded that Hezbollah withdraw from the Ali Taher area.

The Lebanese delegation, meanwhile, rejected Israeli claims that all explosions in southern Lebanon are the result of strikes targeting military infrastructure, the source said.
