One dead, four injured in Russian strikes on Zaporizhzhia

One person was killed and four others were injured as a result of Russian attacks on the Zaporizhzhia district, Ukraine, the head of the regional state administration, Ivan Fedorov, said on Telegram.

Russia carried out 498 strikes on 23 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region over the past day, Caliber.Az reports.

Russian forces launched seven air strikes, deployed 273 drones of various types—mostly FPV drones—conducted five attacks using multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), and carried out 213 artillery strikes on several populated areas.

A total of 36 reports were received regarding damage to residential buildings, vehicles, and utility structures.
