One dead, one missing after tanker incident off Dubai

One crew member was killed and another remains missing after the oil products tanker Hercules Star was involved in an incident while anchored off Dubai, the vessel’s charterer, Peninsula, said on September 9.

Peninsula said all other crew members had been accounted for following the incident, Iran International reports.

The company did not immediately provide further details on the circumstances of the incident or the ongoing search for the missing seafarer.
