One killed, nine injured in Russian airstrike on Ukraine’s Sumy region PHOTO / UPDATED

A Russian airstrike using precision-guided bombs on the Bilopillia community in Ukraine’s Sumy region left nine people injured, six women and three men, according to the regional governor Oleh Hryhorov, ASTRA Telegram channel reports.

Earlier, the death of a 35-year-old man was confirmed.

Civil infrastructure was also damaged, and recovery work is ongoing.

An airstrike on the city of Bilopillia in Ukraine’s Sumy region killed one person and injured four others, according to the regional prosecutor’s office.

The victim was a 35-year-old man, while the others sustained blast-related injuries and are under medical supervision, Caliber.Az reports, citing the ASTRA Telegram channel.
