At least three people, including a child, were killed in the Ukrainian city of Odesa during a large-scale overnight strike, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported.
According to rescuers, the strikes targeted residential buildings, infrastructure facilities, and administrative premises in the Kyivskyi and Prymorskyi districts of the city.
The attacks caused widespread destruction, damaged buildings and vehicles, and triggered large fires.
Preliminary reports indicate three dead and ten injured, including a child. Rescue teams managed to evacuate four people from dangerous areas.
The fires were brought under control despite repeated air raid alerts. Emergency operations continue, with authorities warning that people may still be trapped under rubble. Canine units have been deployed to assist in the search.
An emergency assistance centre and an operational command post involving municipal services have been set up at the scene.
