Pakistan, EU discuss Iran situation, welcome progress in talks with US
Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with the European Union’s foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas, during which the two sides discussed situation in Iran, Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry has stated.
In a post on X, it said they focused on recent developments surrounding agreements between the United States and Iran, Caliber.Az reports.

The ministers welcomed the progress achieved and expressed hope for the early attainment of a sustainable understanding and a peaceful settlement.
During the call, they also reaffirmed that dialogue and diplomacy remain the only viable means for resolving conflicts and ensuring long-term peace and stability.
