Pakistan’s defence minister accuses Modi of sponsoring terrorism in Pakistan, US, Canada
Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has alleged that there is credible evidence of Indian-sponsored terrorism not only in Pakistan but also in the United States and Canada, calling for international scrutiny of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s actions.
Asif claimed that India has been financing proscribed militant groups operating in Pakistan to destabilise the country, Caliber.Az reports, citing Pakistani media.
“If India is involved in terrorism […] these questions will come up and they should, all this evidence should come up so that the international community gets to know that Modi is an international terrorist,” he said.
He further asserted that the Indian government was actively supporting outlawed organisations linked to attacks within Pakistan’s borders. “We have evidence,” the minister added, without disclosing further details.
