Pakistan’s interior minister lands in Tehran for talks

Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Raza Naqvi has arrived in Tehran for talks with Iranian officials.

Naqvi’s visit comes as Islamabad and Tehran seek to maintain close diplomatic engagement amid broader regional tensions.

Earlier, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei said that Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf had received invitations to visit Pakistan.

According to Baghaei, both officials will travel to Islamabad at a suitable time.

The planned visits are expected to provide an opportunity for further discussions on bilateral relations and regional developments.
