Fighting continues in the Gaza Strip between Hamas forces and the Israeli army.

In the ongoing fighting, the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced that they had destroyed the headquarters of the Israeli Nahal Brigade operating in Netzarim, using large-calibre mortars, Al Mayadeen reported.

"The Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad movement, confirmed that it had fired a salvo of rockets at a group of Israeli soldiers in the Ra'im military base".

Footage was also shown of an attack on a Merkava 4 tank, as well as an attack on a group of IDF soldiers on the front line in Gaza City.
