Putin’s ex-aid better after medical treatment

The condition of the former special representative of the President of the Russian Federation Anatoly Chubais, who was hospitalized in Sardinia, is improving, Marcello Giannico, director of the Mater Olbia clinic, said on August 1. 

"He is better, we are doing some routine tests," Giannico was quoted as saying by the Italian agency Adnkronos, Interfax reports.

At the same time, the head of the clinic emphasized that he was not going to tell the press what diagnosis Chubais had been given.
