Queen to present unreleased Freddie Mercury song

Queen will release a new song featuring the late legendary frontman Freddie Mercury called Face It Alone.

This was told to the BBC by Brian May and Roger Taylor of Queen.

The composition was taken from the sessions for the band's 13th studio album, The Miracle, which was released in 1989. Mercury died two years later.

The band members said that the song will be released in September. “We looked at this song many times and thought, 'Oh no, we can't save it.' But we actually tried again. It's like stitching the pieces together... But it's beautiful. It's touching," May said.
