Ramstein Contact Group to meet in September, UK Defence Ministry says

The next meeting of the Ukraine Defence Contact Group, known as the Ramstein format, will be held online in early September, the UK Ministry of Defence has confirmed.

Defence Secretary Wes Streeting said the meeting was needed to accelerate coordination of international assistance to Ukraine and address its needs ahead of the winter period, Caliber.Az reports, citing Ukrainian media.

Earlier, during his first visit to Kyiv, Streeting noted that he intended to reconvene the Contact Group in early October.
