Russia bombards high-rise residential building in Ukraine’s Sumy

The Russian Armed Forces attacked Ukraine’s Sumy City with drones on July 3.

The drone attack damaged a multi-storey residential building in the centre of Sumy, RBC-Ukraine reports.

To recap, on July 3, there were explosions in Sumy. Later, Sumy Mayor Oleksandr Lysenko said that air defence forces were operating in the city. An air alert has been declared in the region.

The Russian troops attacked Ukraine again on the night of July 3, using Shaked kamikaze drones.

Air alerts were declared in many areas of the country.

Air defence forces operated in the Kirovograd and Khmelnytskyi regions and the Nikolayev and Dnepropetrovsk regions. Later, the Ukrainian Air Force reported shooting down 13 Shahed drones.
