Russia confirms navy vessel hit in Feodosia

The Russian Defence Ministry has reported that the large landing ship Novocherkassk was damaged in the port of Feodosia on December 26 night.

It was damaged as a result of a strike by the AFU using aircraft-guided missiles, the military specified, Interfax reports.

"In the course of the anti-air battle, air defence means destroyed two Su-24 enemy tactical aircraft in the area of Zhovten (125 km northeast of Mykolaiv), which carried out the launch of aircraft guided missiles," - also reported the Defence Ministry.

Early in the morning, the head of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov reported an attack on the port in Feodosia, explosions and fire. He later said that one person was killed, two others were wounded, and glass was broken in six buildings.
