Russia, Ukraine exchange nearly 200 POWs each in latest deal

Russia and Ukraine have carried out a second prisoner of war exchange within the same month.

According to Russia’s Ministry of Defence, as reported by RBC, each side returned 193 servicemen in the latest swap.
