A Russian attack on Ukraine’s Odesa region has damaged critical infrastructure, leaving parts of the area without electricity.
According to Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, two people were injured in the strike.
One private house was destroyed, while four others sustained varying levels of damage.
