Russian defence company Kalashnikov increases production of light weapons
Russian defence industry company Kalashnikov reported that it increased its production of small arms by 40 percent this year.
According to the written statement from Kalashnikov, the company increased its light weapons production due to the intense export demand, TRT Haber reports.
In the statement, which included the information that the company increased the production of light weapons by 40 percent this year, it was emphasized that as of September, the total sales figures of last year were exceeded in the sales of light weapons.
Kalashnikov President Alan Lushnikov, whose views were included in the statement, said that the priority of the company is to provide military products for the Russian Ministry of Defense on time and in a high quality manner.
