Russian drone attacks on Kyiv, Odesa regions leave one dead, five injured PHOTO
Russian strikes on Ukraine's Kyiv and Odesa regions have killed one person and injured at least five others, including three children, according to Ukrainian authorities.
Ukraine's State Emergency Service (SES) said five civilians were wounded in the Bucha district of the Kyiv region after Russian attacks hit residential areas.
In the Odesa region, a woman was killed when a drone struck a two-storey residential building in one settlement, the Odesa Regional Military Administration said. In another village, the roof of a private home collapsed after a drone fell nearby, but no injuries were reported.
The strikes also damaged a warehouse used to store tobacco products and a major gas pipeline, causing a loss of pressure and sparking a fire. Emergency services said firefighters were continuing efforts to bring the blaze under control.
